Shipping

How much is shipping?
US orders under $50 ship for a flat $5.50 (standard shipping).

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. US orders of $50 or more get free shipping. Choose the free option at checkout.

Do you ship outside the US?
Yes. International shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout.

How long will my order take?
Shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. You'll get an email when your order ships.

Free local pickup

Can I pick up my online order?
Yes. Local pickup is always free. At checkout, choose Pickup and collect your order at our Indian Harbour Beach boutique, 725 Pinetree Dr, Indian Harbour Beach, FL 32937.

When will it be ready?
Pickup orders are usually ready within 24 hours. We'll email you when your order is ready. Please bring your confirmation email when you come in during store hours.

Returns & exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept unworn, unwashed and undamaged items with tags attached and a receipt within 14 days of purchase, for an exchange or store credit.

Is anything final sale?
Sale items, swimwear and wellness products are final sale.

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs. Return labels are not provided. Questions or special cases? Reach out and we'll help. Full details: Refund policy.

Sizing

How do your sizes run?
Most of our women's styles come in Small to X-Large. Many product pages say what size the model is wearing, and some note when a style runs small or has an oversized fit, so check the description first. See our size guide for general (approximate) guidance.

Can you measure an item for me?

Promo codes

How do I use a promo code online?
Add your items to the cart, go to checkout, and enter the code in the Discount code box, then tap Apply. The discount will show before you pay.

Can I use a code in the store?
If the offer says it's good in store, just show the code or the email at the register.

Can I combine codes?
Usually only one order discount can be used per order, and some codes can be used only once per customer. Each offer's details are listed where it's announced. Current offers appear in the banner at the top of our site.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club, plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Checkout is secure.

Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, Ocean & Vine gift cards are available online.
